Participatory Policy             

ART-CELL believes in the equality of all. No favour is shown to those of a particular gender, sexual orientation, skin colour, creed, nationality, or perceived disability. We employ freelancers according to their abilities for a particular project, and volunteers for their enthusiasm. We see all in similar hues.

We treat our participants in the same way. Starting with the notion that everyone deserves respect at the outset, that not all are at the same "life moment". Everyone is treated as an important individual and encouraged to be the best they can be at that time.
