WWW........... What, Where, Why ?

When a person allows their imagination to flow and attempts to put down the revelations on paper, canvas, clay, or whatever other material one can think of, or through the medium of music, or perhaps turns it into a dramatic presentation, then that person can call themselves an artist. It doesnt matter if they become professional artists as the act of opening up the energy of the imagination can assist in building confidence in other fields. It can assist in a new way of thinking and therefore a new way of problem solving. The imagination lives in the right hemisphere of the brain, an underused part of our biology yet one which is so important to our spiritual, and probably also to our economic, well being.

The ethos of   art-cell   is to endeavour to open up those imaginations and to improve the spiritual life, via the arts, of people in all of our communities, and in all ages.

art-cell offers school holiday workshops, after school workshops, saturday art club for a reasonable fee (pre-paid) and will also work with teachers in schools to enhance the curriculum by introducing art to projects.

art-cell offers daytime and evening art courses. These are wholly private classes for which students are charged a reasonable fee and usually last for around ten weeks. Unfortunately the full cost of the course must be pre-paid.

art-cell will also enable community art in whatever form is required where funding has been found and produced.
